driver not driver thats question

Driver or not a driver, thats the question

Thanks, your Windows Vista Upgrade Advisor tool said there are a driver for my qla12160 scsi controller and so i download vista to test it. And now there is no working driver and i couldn't install it. Nice work. I'm using no ide drives and so, vista died for me. I'm now using my old system because here i have a driver. I hope you release a driver because this ist a popular scsi controller. Cu tobias

1. Microsoft does not create the drivers. The hardware manufacturer supplies them to Microsoft. Have you contacted the hardware manufacturer regarding the driver? Is the driver not functioning or is it just not there?
2. If the Update Advisor was incorrect in assessing your system, you should report this as a bug to Microsoft. This is a newsgroup forum.
